INDIANAPOLIS COUNSELING AND MENTORING
Welcome to Indianapolis Counseling & Mentoring
Indianapolis Counseling & Mentoring (ICM) is a Black-owned counseling practice founded by Tammi Broadus, LCSW, and built from real-life experience, marriage, family, and community. Born and raised in Indianapolis, Tammi and David Broadus created ICM to provide structured, supportive counseling for women and couples seeking real growth and lasting change.
Tammi brings the clinical experience, while David supports couples counseling sessions with mentorship, accountability, and real-world relationship perspective. Together, they offer a unique approach that combines clinical guidance with practical life experience to help clients navigate communication challenges, trauma, anxiety, depression, trust issues, and personal growth.
“No other practice in Indianapolis combines clinical counseling with a husband-and-wife real-life perspective like ICM.”

Our Mission
To strengthen individuals, couples, and families throughout Indianapolis by combining clinical counseling with real-life relationship experience to create a space where honest conversations, accountability, and professional support lead to real change, confidence, and hope.
In-Person or Virtual

In-Person & Virtual Counseling for Women
We offer both in-person and virtual counseling options to meet you where you are—while maintaining the same structured, results-focused approach in every session.
In-person sessions provide a private, comfortable environment designed for deeper focus and reflection.
Virtual sessions offer flexibility and convenience, allowing you to stay consistent with support from wherever you are.
In both settings, you’ll receive intentional, one-on-one support from Tammi Broadus, LCSW. Sessions are designed to help you move beyond just talking about problems and begin making real, practical changes in your daily life.
Women often use these sessions to focus on:
-
Managing stress, anxiety, trauma, and depression
-
Improving communication and navigating relationship challenges
-
Building confidence and self-awareness
-
Setting and maintaining healthy boundaries
-
Processing life transitions and personal growth
Tammi integrates evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral strategies and Brainspotting, to support both immediate concerns and deeper emotional work.
Whether in-person or virtual, the goal is the same: clarity, accountability, and real progress.
